Yesterday on July 1, 2011, Kerala CM’s office launched Live Webcast facility, because they want to ensure transparency in administration. It will be a 24-hour live webcasting facility from the official chambers of Kerala CM, Mr. Oommen Chandy, itself. So the interested people will now be able to watch live meetings, press conferences and cabinet briefings by logging on to Kerala Government’s official website. Must say, great move Mr. Chief Minister!!!
We at LiveStreamPro were thrilled to read this news. Now even the governments have started to realize the benefits of the webcasting services that webcast service providers like us offer. While Live Webcasting was being used to cover the LIVE broadcast of parliaments in session, but to have a CM office use this service 24 x 7 to ensure transparency is a great move.
We are confident that this action of the Kerala government will go a long way and take webcasting services to another level.
