Things to take care in Wedding Webcast

LiveStreamPro, New Delhi (India), 9810999475, 9818406080

Wedding webcast has really come into ‘vogue’ and almost everyone is opting to get a webcast done for their wedding, and this is done over and above the videography or photography. The reason is simple. Mostly all have one or the other relative or friend staying abroad or somewhere else and is not able to be present at the wedding venue.

LiveStreamPro is one of the oldest and reputed wedding webcast vendor and has start-of-the-art technology to undertake wedding webcast assignments of any magnitude. LiveStreamPro has carried out many wedding webcasts and holds tremendous experience in the field.

From our experience of having webcasted so many weddings, we would like to share some of the things that the couple going for wedding webcast need to keep in mind:

1. List of Virtual Guests:
You should ensure that the list of all your virtual guests along with their correct email ids is given to the webcasting vendor. Email ids are very important as the link to view the wedding webcast will be sent to all guests via email only. The numbers of virtual guest effects the option in which live streaming will be done. So the number needs to be decided correctly and communicated to the webcast vendor.
    2.  Prepare your guests:
Before the wedding, make sure that the link to your wedding live web streaming is sent to all your virtual guests by the webcast vendor. Ask your guests to go through the email and the explanations with it and keep the webcast vendor’s number handy, in case they have a problem. In cases where some additional software needs to be installed, that can be done beforehand. So if all guests have familiarised themselves with the procedure and downloaded the software beforehand, it will be convenient for them on the day. And also if any adjustment to firewalls, etc. is required, that can be taken care of too.

    3. Choose a good networked wedding location:
Webcasting requires good net connectivity. While the webcasting company uses its own internet dongles, it is very important that the network available to them is proper and undisturbed. Good network will make sure that your wedding is live streamed freely and uninterrupted into the computer screens of all your virtual guests.
      4. Acknowledge your Virtual Guests:
It is very important that you acknowledge your virtual guests every now and then. This will make them feel a part of your wedding. After all they also wanted to be with you and share your happiness, so don’t forget to include them by acknowledging them. If their messages are shared with you by the webcasting vendor, take out time to respond to them.

It is important that you hire a professional wedding webcast vendor to carry out your webcast for you. It is your special day, your once is a lifetime day, which you will cherish all your life, so let some amateur not ruin it for you.

Webcasting can benefit you only if you use it

LiveStreamPro, New Delhi (India), 9810999475, 9818406080

Often we read about how technology is making people lazy… but rarely do we get to read that people don’t use technology provided to them because they are lazy.

Something exactly like this happened on the Kariavattom Campus of the Kerala University (KU). University Grants Commission (UGC), under the National Knowledge Network Plan for providing network connectivity to universities across India, funded a 10 lakhs project to set up a Video Conferencing and Webcasting Centre within the university campus.

Webcasting service set up in the campus was to be used for communication between University Vice Chancellor and university officials as well as campus-wide webcasting of seminars, events and functions held at the university. The facility was inaugurated last year.

But since the inauguration, more than 100 seminars have been organized by various departments of the university, but not a single one was webcasted using the facility. It is a sheer wastage of a world-class technology. To read the full news please visit http://ibnlive.in.com/news/webcasting-centre-rotting-on-ku-campus/176889-60-123.html

Our reason to highlight this news is not to demean any university or seek reasons why it happened what happened, we just want to make readers aware that any technology can prove to be beneficial ONLY when it is used.

Webcasting or live web streaming technology has a lot of advantages and if used effectively and strategically it can work wonders to the communication system of any organization whether it is an educational institution or a corporate house or any business for that matter.

But then the most important and essential condition that applies here is that for the technology to serve you and benefit you, you need to put it to use.

Webcasting is an innovative technology and is considered to be a unique way of communications today. It is used as a tool to reach out to a larger audience and is very cost effective. Webcasting – the Smart way to Communicate

LiveStreamPro, New Delhi (India), 9810999475, 9818406080
Webcasting has gained the reputation of the most efficient and smart way to communicate today. It is now treated as one of the most important mediums of communication for many corporate houses, especially those who have global operations. Webcasting helps save tremendous cost and time, the two very important resources of an organization.
Whether it is a business meeting (a web conference) between the business heads of different regions sitting in different parts of the world or a CEO addressing all his staff across the globe or business wanting to launch a product and reach out to its audiences globally, webcasting and its different services come in very handy.
Webcasting helps expand your reach. It allows everyone to access a message, presentation or training directly and in a cost-effective manner over the internet or intranet. Many organizations use webcasting as an e-learning tool. They record the training sessions and product demonstrations and use it repeatedly to train their employees and product users. Also educational institutions can use webcasting to broadcast the guest lectures and other faculty lectures taking place in one institute in all other institutes under a university or group of institutions.
Live Webcast offers various interactive features. In webinars and live presentations, there is an option of a two way communication between the presenter and the participants of the conference. In this, the presenter and his presentation can both be seen on the screen while the presentation is in progress. The audiences can ask him questions by typing in the box provided to them to which the presenter can answer as per his presentation flow or convenience.
Today, an organization operating internationally or even nationally cannot think communication without webcasting. Each organization is using one or the other webcasting services. Whether you would like to talk to or train employees, provide information to customers (new or existing), shareholders and the press or reach other stakeholders, webcasting is the most effective and innovative way of communication.
LiveStreamPro is a Delhi-based company that provides all types of webcasting and live streaming services across India to organizations of any scale. The services are customized according to the need of each organization and are of excellent quality. Make a smart decision to hire LiveStreamPro today to communicate smartly.

How webcasting my wedding saved me?

LiveStreamPro, New Delhi (India), 9810999475, 9818406080
I was to get married in a small church and so I could not call all my friends to my wedding. I had only about 100 invites and more than 300 guests to invite. I was stressed out completely. I wanted all my friends to be a part of my most special day. And all my friends are dear to me and so I wanted all of them to attend it.

A few of my friends saw the stress I was going through and so they suggested that I go for wedding webcast. That way all of them would be able to see my wedding and be a part of the LIVE ceremony while it was taking place. The suggestion was exciting and I decided to go for it.

I hired LiveStreamPro, a Delhi-based company and premiere webcast service provider, to live stream my wedding. I gave them the list of all my virtual guests and that was it. My job was done. Rest all LiveStreampro handled brilliantly.

So on the day, all my friends were able to watch the entire wedding proceedings and all its rituals. Some of them assembled at one place to watch the wedding together. I could even talk to them, as in they sent me messages on real time and I replied to them live. It felt as if they are with me only and not sitting somewhere else. It was so much fun.

And since I was getting the webcasting done I took the opportunity to invite a few of my relatives and friends from abroad also who would have otherwise missed the wedding, all having some or the other reason... cost... office... school... and so on. But anyways, they were happy that I did not forget them and made them a part of my wedding. And I got a lot of blessings from all across the world. Lucky me.

There were a few of my friends who were not able to watch the wedding live, so for them LiveStreamPro provided a video on demand facility for viewing. They uploaded my wedding on the internet and gave me the login password, which I could share with the people who I wanted to share my wedding with.

My wedding was a hit and each and every one of my friends go to see it. I think to get my wedding webcasted was the best decision I made and LiveStreamPro captured it brilliantly.
